Terms and conditions
For the sake of clarity, we will refer to the customer as “you”, Fair Horse Care as “we” and www.fairhorsecare.com as “the website”. These terms and conditions are written as a security for you as a customer and before you make a purchase, we therefore ask you to carefully read them. Completed purchases on the website link to these terms and conditions. Fair Horse Care is not held responsible for external circumstances. We refer to the Swedish Act “Distance and Off-Premises Contracts” (2005:59).
All prices on the website are shown in SEK and EUR depending on which language site you are shopping from. All prices listed on the website include VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. For orders placed in a country within the EU, VAT is included in the price. For orders placed in a country outside the EU, prices are exclusive of VAT. Duties and taxes for non-EU countries. If an order is shipped to a country outside the EU, any import duties and taxes may apply, these will be charged when the shipment reaches your delivery address. The additional VAT is based on your total order value, regardless of whether your order is part of a promotion. It should be noted that Fair Horse Care has no control over these fees as these are different for different countries. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
We do not have a minimum order value or requirement for the number of products when ordering. This means that you as a consumer can choose freely from our range. We reserve the right to change and correct prices, adjust the stock and to correct obvious typographical errors that may occur on the website. We believe and hope that this is something that you as a consumer can understand.
We offer Klarna as a payment method. Selectable payment methods are displayed in the checkout. Are you under 18 years old? In this case, an adult’s approval is required before the order can be completed.
Delivery and shipping
We use DHL, Postnord and UPS as shipping partners. We have free shipping within Sweden. 49 SEK costs shipping within the Nordic countries and 79 SEK in the rest of Europe. Free shipping on orders over 50 Euro outside Sweden. For notifications related to your order, we use the mobile number and email address provided at the time of purchase. Fair Horse Care cannot be held responsible if incorrect information is provided in connection with the purchase. Please review the contact information carefully to ensure that notifications can be received correctly. Fair Horse Care is not responsible for any delays in your delivery.
Orders received before 12:00 noon on weekdays are scheduled to be shipped from our warehouse the same day as they are received. Delivery time varies between 1-3 working days, with reservation for possible delays during campaigns and holidays. We reserve the right to sell out products. In the event of a final sale, we will contact you at the specified email address or phone number to find a solution that feels best for you. In the event of final sale, the item will be cancelled from your order and a refund will be made.
Exchanges & Returns
When purchasing on our website, there is always a 30-day right of withdrawal in accordance with consumer protection legislation. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us at Fair Horse Care within 30 days of you or your agent receiving the ordered product (the withdrawal period). To exercise your right of withdrawal on your purchase, the product needs to be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving it. The product needs to be returned in unused condition. Send an email to email@example.com, with order number, email address and phone number and we will get back to you who the return slip is. When applying the right of withdrawal from your purchase, you as a customer are responsible for the return shipping cost of 49 SEK (40 Euro). Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund you for the returned products. Any shipping costs always remain and are non-refundable. The return must be sent back well packaged and in the same way as these were delivered in order to be approved. Fair Horse Care has the right to charge a depreciation compensation according to how damaged the product has been, if the return is not sent back in unused condition. Up to 100% of the value of the item if it is not considered to be in saleable condition. Money is refunded for the goods minus the value deduction according to law. The refund will be made to the same payment method that the purchase was made with when we have received and checked the condition of the goods. The refund applies to the cost of the returned product. Any shipping costs remain and will therefore never be refunded.
We do not handle any direct exchanges in our warehouse. If you wish to exchange your product(s), make a refund of the product(s) according to the right of withdrawal and then place a completely new order on the website. Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund you for the product(s). You are more than welcome to contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org you have any questions or concerns. They will be happy to help you resolve any issues that arise and ensure that you get free shipping on the new order.
In the event of damaged returns, such as the above-mentioned lost labels, damaged Velcro, dirt, hair or removed protective plastic, Maya Delorez has the right to charge a depreciation compensation in accordance with how damaged the product has been. Up to 100% of the value of the item if it is not considered to be in saleable condition. Money is refunded for the goods minus the value deduction according to law. Refunds will be made when we have received and checked the condition of the goods. The refund applies to the cost of the returned product. The shipping cost remains and is therefore never refunded. If a dispute arises between you as a consumer and Fair Horse Care and we are unable to resolve the dispute, you can file a complaint with the EU’s online dispute resolution service (ODR). We charge a fee for any packages that are not picked up from the delivery point and that are returned to us. We charge the customer 150 SEK, 15 EUR to cover costs for shipping, packing and administration.
Duties and taxes for non-EU countries
It is the consumer’s responsibility to pay taxes and customs duties. An order cannot be cancelled or “returned to sender” unless these charges have been authorized. Delay or refusal to pay these fees will result in your order being destroyed/returned to the sender, you will not be refunded. By placing an order with Fairhorsecare.com, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Purchasing through resellers
If you have purchased one of our products through a retailer, you need to contact the retailer/store for questions regarding exchanges or complaints.
Fair Horse Care does not take responsibility for any accidents that occur during the use of our products. Please note that our horse care products are of 100% natural origin and the color of the product may vary depending on the harvest of ingredients. The ingredient list can be updated, always refer to the label of purchased product for 100% guaranteed ingredient list. All riding schools/retailers who purchase products from this website agree to the publication of their name on this website.
Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be entered after an order has been placed. Promotions only apply to new orders placed during the promotional period.
Fair Horse Care is not responsible for defects or delays caused by direct or indirect external circumstances that include war, strikes, accidents, natural disasters, labor disputes, changes in government regulations, failure to deliver from suppliers or comparable situations beyond the control that could not be foreseen and that affect already signed contracts and agreements.
