Refund and Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Send a email to use with your ordernummer, email adress and phone number, and we will send you a return slip, you can print and attach to the package. Then submit this to the nearest representative. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Magnarpsvägen 101, 266 55 Vejbystrand. Sweden. Shipping costs are non-refundable
Have you purchased one of our products from a retailer? Then they are the ones you should contact regarding your purchase and your purchase is covered by their return policy. Need help? Then you are of course welcome to contact us, and we will help you further.

To complete your return or complaint, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 – 3 working days. The total amount minus 49 sek (4 euros) will be refunded in case of a return.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
