Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes we do ship worldwide!
What is your delivery time for orders from your website?
We always strive to offer our customers the fastest possible delivery. When choosing standard shipping (DHL Freight/UPS*) The delivery time is 3-5 working days.
We also offer Express shipping for an extra fee with DHL Express as an alternative with a delivery time of 1-3 working days.
We use DHL Freight as our courier to countries within the EU and Norway.
We use UPS as standard shipping service to the rest of the world.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for orders above 500 sek or 100 euro.
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping for orders above 500 sek or 100 euros.
Standard shipping cost:
Sweden: SEK 49
Europe (within EU): 7 EUR
Outside the EU: 8 EUR
Can I place an order from the UK?
Since we are using DDP, Delivery Duty Paid, there will be no additional costs for you, the customer, when purchasing from the United Kingdom. Maya Delorez is responsible for all risks and fees until the goods are delivered, we also take responsibility for the import clearance. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No hidden fees or taxes.
All of our deliveries to the United Kingdom are shipped with UPS.
I have returned a product. When will I receive my refund?
We process returns as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. Once the refund is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund normally takes 3-5 working days from the time your return has been registered and approved by us.
Can I return?
Yes. You as a customer always have 30 days to buy from the moment you receive your order from us. The product(s) must be unused and in the same condition as on delivery. Unbroken packaging is a requirement. If you want to make a return for a reason other than a canceled purchase, this applies under complaints.
What do I do if I want to advertise a product?
We always try to solve complaints the easiest way possible. Contact us via email with your order number, an explanation of why a complaint is desired and possibly pictures of the faulty product.
Where do I enter my discount code?
If you have a discount code you can enter this in the checkout.
Can I combine multible discount codes?
